At Gift of Hope, we were proud to support the construction of a versatile storage facility that has become a vital part of the school’s daily operations. Originally intended to store tools for the Carpentry and Building and Concrete Practice department, the facility has since taken on multiple roles, including serving as an administration block for staff and providing space for a much-needed sickbay.
The benefits of this facility are far-reaching. It ensures the safe and secure storage of valuable tools and equipment, supports effective inventory management through proper record-keeping, and meets Ministry of Education compliance requirements by providing designated office and health spaces. An unexpected yet welcome outcome of this project was that efficient budgeting allowed for an extension to the original design, resulting in the construction of an additional room, further enhancing the school’s infrastructure and capacity.
